When the client calls me or our office we will send a representative to their home to perform an evaluation of what the client wants and work out an estimate. Once the evaluation and estimate are complete we will give the client our proposal. If the client accepts our estimate and the works are performed and completed and payment has been completed in full we will then send a cheque for £100 to the individual who referred us to them.
